SubhanAllahi Wa Bihamdihi SubhanAllahil Azeem is one of the most loved Dhikr by Allah. A good life and a contented heart can only be achieved through unshakable faith, being steadfast on the deen, and with remembrance (dhikr) of Allah. Indeed, frequent dhikr of Allah is one of the most helpful defense against the outcasted devil, Shaytan.

Shaykh Al Islam Ibn Taymiyyah also said that Dhikrullah is the foundation for repelling the outcasted devil shaytan, the evil and the whisperer who is the origin of every disbelief, ignorance, sin and oppression.
It is extremely important to know that a believer needs to timely renew his heart with the remembrance of Allah as it is evident that our heart rushes into forgetfulness.
Sometimes hearts do harden and hardness of the heart is due to the effects of sins. So always keep your tongue moist with the remembrance of Allah, the most high.
Your tongue should remain moist with the remembrance of Allah (Dhikr).

Remembrance of Allah is not a small deed or act and one should not underestimate the importance of Dhikrullah, as remembrance of Allah demolishes the sins when done properly and frequently. As said Ibn al-Qayyim said, On the Judgement Day, a slave of Allah will come with sins as big as the size of mountains, during which he will finding out that his tongue has demolished it due to the frequent Dhikrullah, the superior and the most high and the most forgiving, and what is connected to it“.

The following is the authentic Hadith on SubhanAllahi Wa Bihamdihi SubhanAllahil Azeem narrated by Abu Huraira RadiAllahu Anhu.
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “(There are) two words which are dear to the Beneficent (Allah) and very light (easy) for the tongue (to say), but very heavy in weight in the balance. They are: ”Subhan Allah wa-bi hamdihi” and ”Subhan Allah Al-`Azim.” – Sahih al-Bukhari 7563
Indeed, these two words are very light and easy to say, it takes hardly a second or two. The following line from the Holy Qur’an tells us why the remembrance of Allah is important.
Who have believed and whose hearts have rest in the remembrance of Allah. Verily in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest!
Surah Ar-Ra’d 13:28
SubhanAllahi Wa Bihamdihi 100 Times
There is one hadith that explains the importance of saying SubhanAllahi Wa Bihamdihi 100 times.
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “Whoever says, ‘SubhanAllahi Wa Bihamdihi,’ one hundred times a day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea.
This shortest version of the dhikr has one more hadith that shows us its benefits, as follows.
Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
He who recites in the morning and in the evening (these words):” Hallowed be Allah and all praise is due to Him” one hundred times, he would not bring on the Day of Resurrection anything excellent than this except one who utters these words or utters more than these words. – Sahih Muslim 2692
